After appointment was canceled twice and 3rd cleaner in route for the wrong day it seems there is a hiccup in your system because I had two appointments made for two different days. Overall everything matched my requests and looked really clean, the only critique I have is that the counters were wet and not fully wiped down. Good worker. I had some concerns about the product that was used to clean my granite and glass area's. But my biggest concern was the cleaner should bring and use the right supplies to avoid streaks being left on the glass. Overall she did a good job.
