Princess is, hands down, the best cleaner I have had! She is very, very detailed. I love that she uses steaming hot water to clean! You could literally eat off my floors as well! Fatima’s dad Jos Bueno showed to work on time. He is very dedicated and did a good job. But he could clean only half of the office in 4hrs and so the other half was left uncleaned. This was not the expectation and is disappointing.

She did not clean my house this day. She had called and told me she would come on January 20 but I had to cancel that appointment since you charged me for a cleaning that did not happen. Please please someone call me. I supposedly have a customer service rep but I can’t get in touch with her either!!! This service is a disaster in my opinion!!!!!

She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.
