Jo Ann was on time for our appointment. She very professional in a friendly way. Jo expresses that she loves what she does. When I walked in my house, there was a fresh clean smell. Nor spray., but the smell of the cleaning products that she used, it was not overbearing. It was my first time having someone clean my home, and after this experience, I'll do it again.

Demone was very thorough in his work. I appreciate that he followed my instruction pretty well. My house is big for one person to clean. I had mention while booking appointment that there are 5+ bedrooms and 5+ bathrooms in the house. Agency should have taken note of it and sent at least two people for the job. Hope the Agency takes note of it in future.

Andrew was timely, courteous, attentive and very professional. My 3 story townhome was pristinely cleaned from every nook and cranny. The bathrooms were spotless and he was kind of enough to wash the dishes in the sink even though it wasn’t required. I would rank Andre number One cleaner at the company. Good work however incomplete in the kitchen - I noticed later. Clean dishes were put in the sink and had to be rewashed. Bathroom tub and counter cleaned but floor was only partially cleaned. AS I am disabled this service will not work for me. You have charged me for several months of no service. Please delete this payment request.
