upstairs bathroom is excellent. I asked her to skip the master & nothing was done in the kitchen. missed half of a tiny bathroom and the floors look like the dirt was swirled around I’m only giving a positive 4 stars because I don’t want to affect how she makes a living. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job downstairs.

She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.

Alexis was very personable and friendly. She brought a helper who did a wonderful job! They came a long way to Georgia from SC, so it was understandable they were late. The beginning of the clean was much better than the end. The first room they cleaned was very clean. The last room, not so much.

Britney and DJ arrived a bit early, a good thing, and got right to work. They did an excellent job and exceeded expectations. Our ceramic stove top hasn’t looked so clean since we installed it. We’ll schedule Britney again in about a month.
