she was late because she thought the appt was for 1pm even though 12:30 was confirmed. She was distracted by a family issue and asked that a tip be given in cash not through the app. (not given)The additional extra service of cleaning baseboards was not 100% but spotty

Regina cleaned my house, except for the tub and shower. Had to be reminded to dust bedroom furniture. Was on a personal phone chat almost the whole time she was here. This all happened the first visit also.

Maria is a great worker and we were thoroughly satisfied with her work. She was pleasant, efficient and did everything we asked her to do with a smile. I would have her here every but unfortunately I have become very ill and between Dr's and hospital stays we will not be able to her back for awhile. Regina did a very good job. She wasn't only on time, she was early. She sat on her car and waited until 1:00 p.m. and then came to the door 5 minutes early. That's really a pro. She cleaned very well. She's very pleasant. And she has all of her own stuff. I will be using her again.

Alana contacted me as agreed and was at my house on time. We communicated via text because I was still in Florida. I asked her to clean my white wooden floors only. No bathrooms or kitchen work needed but somehow she forgot about the upstairs floors, not sure if it was a misunderstanding.

Romonia arrived as scheduled. She is very pleasant and conscientious. She worked very quietly and the house smelled awesome after she left. I highly recommend Romonia. I wasn’t sure how the payment was handled so I tipped her before she left.

Sarah is friendly and professional. She was in my home for 3 hours and looked to be diligently cleaning (although to be fair, I wasn't watching as I was in my home office most of the time). Most of the house was cleaned but apparently 3 hours was not enough to completely clean the floors and fold laundry. Hopefully next time!

Danielle is so pleasant to be around and did a super nice job for her first time. She is a quick study, a good listener and willing to go over any missed detail. There were only a couple items forgotten which is aging for a first time visit especially when she planned for 3 hours and worked for 4 1/2. I forgot the 2 items myself so she still deserves a 5!!

Tara was excellent. I haven't seen my house this clean since before I moved in! She was also very pleasant and friendly. One star off, because I noticed later that three items in my bathroom were damaged.
