Stayed 2 hours with helper a lot of little things missed feel if they stayed full 3 hours it might have been done. I understand there was 2 people but I paid for 3 hours and would have paid for another couple of hours to get everything done cause she stayed it was a deep clean.

It was good overall, but there was still some dusting left, especially in the living room. The trash needed to be taken out, and the stove and glass in the living room also required attention.

Great cleaning for the price you pay for first your visit. Home-A-Glow should pay a little more for these initial cleaning visits. Minor critiques for Gina we shared. Overall our home was cleaned.

We were very happy with Sarah and you can absolutely tell she’s been doing this for a long time. Experience shows! She’s very friendly but gets right to work. She doesn’t need any hand holding. Just show her around and let her do her thing. Very satisfied and we look forward to seeing her again.

I really liked her amiable personality and she cleaned very well. We got along very well and she did such an excellent job. Only con - Start time was 11:00. She texted she was running late. She arrived at 11:39 and by the time she went back to her car and came back to start, it was 11:53. Hopefully, today's late start was a one time occurrence.
