Christina and I did communicate prior to the cleaning appt. I told her in a text that I would not be home when she would be arriving today, so I’d leave the door open, but she didn’t try the door. I do not think I should be responsible for paying for the cleaning as we had a plan made beforehand.

She cleaned exactly how I like it, every corner, under, on top and around and it was the first time so I am aware that there was A LOT to clean, once I establish a routine cleaning hopefully it wont get so bad. Did not finish the apt. Left sheets out of the dryer unfolded. Back door is filthy. Indoor grill was left uncleaned. He came 15 min late and left 45 min early. Not thrilled. Charged 49 not 19. Overall not thrilled.
