Yamilet did a good job cleaning the areas addressed even though we had a severe language barrier that made my needs harder to share. She arrived with a partner, so they zipped through in 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours, which I had not expected, giving me more time for my own projects.

Joel did an amazing job! Despite being given incorrect information about the location of my home, he made sure to call me right away to explain what had happened and why he would be arriving late. He kept me updated when he was on his way and sent multiple pictures and videos once the job was completed. His work was excellent, and I would absolutely hire him again.

Amazing cleaner! I’ve had a few cleaners come from this app but she was the most efficient! They have all cleaned my stove too but Sophia was actually able to remove ALL of the build up grease from the stove!!

Lucia is fantastic!! While I will not dispute the extra hour, it was my understanding that she would clean the outside of the window because I had already cleaned the inside. Regardless I would love for her to be the one coming back when your services are requested. This is not a recurring service. I will most probably use her 1 time a month but it first needs to be confirmed by me.

Did a walk-through ahead of time and ask questions to really understand my needs and even though there were several little things, I said she didn’t need to worry about she took the time to do them anyways. Adding in small thoughtful touches along the way I would absolutely request Rose again.
