Alicia, as always did a wonderful job. neat and clean, every corner was spic and span clean. cheerful and gracious and always in a great mood. I'm definitely requesting her again for I don't see how anybody else could do a better job. homeaglo, you've got got a real winner with this Lady!! all thumbs up👍.

just a little disappointing, all she did was clean the floors and organize my dirty dishes, I could have done that on my own. I’m not one to mess up someone’s rating so I still give her 5 stars

I am very understanding and I knew she had to leave right away due to getting her kids and I provided a list and rooms to do when she arrived and what to do in each room but after I inspected things, I don't believe one of my spare bedrooms got much attention. The floor still has the previous spots on it. And it was listed on the list. But overall good job!

She was fantastic. She worked 6hrs and I didn't see her stop. I wanted to tell her she could take a break, because that's how hard I could tell she was working. I work remote and I was able to work while she was there. She was respectful and professional. She cleaned and did things I didn't expect or ask her to. She brought all of her own supplies. I don't believe she was here for 3 hours, though. 1:30 to 3:30, because i was still able to see a program my building put on. Even though she spoke little English, it was easy to communicate with her.
