Reilly was good at cleaning but he took much longer than expected. Wanted a 3 hour clean, he goes slow and it took 4.5 hours. he also destroyed two rugs with the vacuum

Kyra is now my “Go-To” for housekeeping and cleaning’s . While most cleaners are “Okay” or “Pretty Good”, Kyra is really great. Wow!! Loved her so much! She did an incredible job, was so patient and kind. The house was completely trashed, kids and their stuff everywhere, she chatted with them, let them watch her clean and I didnt feel at all judged by the state of my home. Eric’s 2nd session and he is very detailed in his cleaning and mindfully replaces objects after dusting. He brings his own cleaning tools and solutions - the scent in our home is fresh and delightful!

She is a very good cleaner. However I think we need someone else that can manage time better. First clean she went over, which was understandable since it was an “initial clean”. This time she did not complete. If we need to change our time from 3 hours to something more we can but let’s see if someone else can do it in the 3 hours allotted first.

Nyshae is absolutely top notch! I love the attention to detail and the extras (like hep with never ceasing laundry). She always leaves my home clean, organized and smelling great. It’s such a joy to come home after Nyshae has been on the premises! I highly recommend her!
