She also went above and beyond by organizing and moving things around to tidy them up. At the end of the day, I walk in and my jaw is on the floor(a very clean floor at that). Spoke English well, seemed to need a lot of directions though. Could have done a better job on mopping the floors. Decent job overall, could be improved.

He is thorough, but did not complete major items I had asked him to do such as dusting (LR is still dusty). Guest room bed linens not changed, or room vacuumed. If you just paid to have your house cleaned would’nt you expect dusting to be done? It’s the first thing you notice when you come in…dust. Laundry (towels) were not completed. Left in washer. He strictly ran out of time.
