She was great and her son was very nice and respectful and went out of his way to bring our trash cans in from curb

She was punctual, and did what was required of her for the most part. There were spots in the kitchen that could have been cleaned but she didn’t. I guess she needed more instructions than was given or maybe my expectations were too high. However, out of the three cleaners from Homeaglow, she did the best work.

I watched him scrub black marks on floors with elbow grease. I had windows that needed attention and he addressed the windows without my suggestions. He is a treasure. Request the best.

Crystal works very fast, but I can’t say the place is perfectly clean. She didn’t clean the corners, barely dusted any of the rooms, and the bed in the bedroom was made terribly. One of the bathrooms didn’t have the floors cleaned at all. It feels like she only cleaned the visible spots. This was a speed cleaning job, but not a quality one

First experience with Homeaglow. Friendly cleaner, on time as well. I guess I expected more and booked 4 hours only stayed two hours even though I had more she could have done. Feel a bit gipped and over charged. Mopped her way out and just left, expected to review the work before cleaner left but was gone before I had the chance (2 hrs early, as well).
