It surprises me that people could leave undeserving poor ratings on a cleaner. It is just jealousy rearing it's ugly head. Charlotte is 5 star cleaner all the way. She came to my home a did a wonderful job. It smelled clean and fresh when she was done. If you want a clean house request Charlotte Newsome you will be satisfied.

Once again my place looked amazing after she left! So nice and helpful! My shower tiles have never looked so clean.

Liz did an excellent job! She is very nice. We went to run errands while she cleaned and came back to a pristine house. She went above and beyond. I will definitely request her for my next clean.

Couldn't be happier with Andreas work. The house is sparkling, smells amazing, and went above and beyond.

We were expecting at minimum two people to clean our home. That has been our experience; at least two people, and at times even 4. To our surprise Laura was alone. We were concern, but Laura handled our home so well. We would rather two people because 4hrs really is a lot for one person. In any case, thank you Laura for a job well done.

She was at her best. at first I was concerned , but then I thought about it because she is so detailed and precise with how she wants to clean your home , she got one hundred percent grace. she's shy but as long as you let her know what you want she will give you a great experience. sometimes or expectations are to high and we need to have have. thank you Queen I'll be booking you again

Julisa did a wonderful job cleaning our home. She took her time and was very thorough. We look forward to booking her on a bi-weekly basis!

She was very nice and friendly. This is only the second time I have ever hired someone to clean for me. The first time was an individual that didn't do so good. After the first day I had to let her go. Liz P. on the other hand did an awesome job and I would like her to return every two weeks.

Mikita does an amazing job and is always kind and honest. If you want someone who you can rely on to make your house spotless, Mikita is your girl! She had cleaned my home twice now and I will continue to work with her.

This lady is amazing. Doesn’t waste any time and is on point. She makes sure she understands what you want and at the end lets you know when she finishes so you can do a walkthrough. Awesome!

Two women came and cleaned for 9 hours. they did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail was very good. I even saw them dusting the curtain rods. They cleaned my oven and inside the fridge and went above and beyond on every detail.

Michelle was wonderful! I needed an apartment cleaned after moving out and she was very thorough. I wasn’t able to be there while she was cleaning but she was very communicative and sent me pictures of each room as it was completed. Highly recommend her!

Bathrooms look great and so does the upstairs! Place looks great but was hoping to get the baseboards cleaned since we paid extra for it but didn’t get done. I know it is a big place but that was one of the main areas of focus I was looking for.

Asly is very nice. A hard worker who did her best to follow my list of priorities. The 6 hours went fast. She was on time and my home feels more organized than before. We used an app to communicate which was at times confusing for both of us because words have different meanings and the app didn’t take that into account during translation. All in all, it was a good experience for a first timer.
