Nakilia was an absolute gem to work with! Hired her two weeks before my wedding because I simply didn’t have the energy to clean my apartment and she did an amazing job! Maria did an amazing job...though I was randomly charged for 5 hours of service when actually Maria was at my home from 12:49pm and pulled out of my driveway at 3:36pm according to my cameras. Maria's son helped and did a great job also.

All I can say is this Amazing woman is heaven sent. Chastity hit perfect scores on professional, punctuality, personality and performance. Crystal works very fast, but I can’t say the place is perfectly clean. She didn’t clean the corners, barely dusted any of the rooms, and the bed in the bedroom was made terribly. One of the bathrooms didn’t have the floors cleaned at all. It feels like she only cleaned the visible spots. This was a speed cleaning job, but not a quality one

First experience with Homeaglow. Friendly cleaner, on time as well. I guess I expected more and booked 4 hours only stayed two hours even though I had more she could have done. Feel a bit gipped and over charged. Mopped her way out and just left, expected to review the work before cleaner left but was gone before I had the chance (2 hrs early, as well).

Courtney was very professional, communicative and punctual. I have hired cleaning services before and had experiences where they took twice as long to do a worse job cleaning my not very dirty house. I was very happy that Courtney was efficient, dusted, cleaned the floors well and was done with time to spare, having cleaned my house really well. I’m very happy with her work!

Rachael did communicate. She was helpful for an hour because she came in and our garage door was off the hindge and she was very helpful and led her to be behind with the cleaning. We appreciated her for helping while we were not home. With the overall cleaning it was pretty average. There were parts of the bathroom that were not as clean I wanted them to be.
