phenomenal. Hands Down. This is my first time booking Roselane. I had a conflict that required me to leave during the 4 hour cleaning session. Nevertheless Roselane held integrity and went above and beyond to clean every nook and cranny of my home without cutting a single corner. Her work is spotless and diligent. I would 100% book her again as my regular cleaner.

she did a good job cleaning - no issue there. however the total time she took to clean was double what we requested and she didn’t confirm if we wanted her to stay an additional 4 hours past the time we agreed on. Also she was on the phone which is not an issue but numerous loud conversations that we could hear from upstairs when she was downstairs felt excessive.

punctual. Polite. cleaned almost everything I asked, but forgot to clean the master shower. Strictly a Cleaner there’s no tidying up, no folding towels, doesn’t take out trash etc.

10 OUT OF 10! She was so detail oriented and took her time in every space of the house. Was patient with all my kids belongings and organized everything so nice and neat. Her attitude was fantastic and you could feel her gratitude for her work. Will definitely be hiring Jessica again and again! She even folded the toilet paper into flower shapes! So sweet!

Luciana was nice and communicative. We are content with her cleaning. The only things I would say is that I wish she moved all appliances in the kitchen to clean underneath them. Also, wish that she moved all items from the floor to clean under things (like dog crates and rugs) rather than cleaning around them. All in all we are satisfied for the price.
