Taquita was wonderful! she arrived on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning! she speaks perfect English which makes it very easy for me to communicate with her. I will definitely request her again!

he arrived early. inspected all the area and I told him that I specifically wanted to clean the floor and some other areas. but before I went to sleep I did a little check and the bedroom floor was dirty underneath my bed. even thought I heard him moving the bed there was no cleaning there. he used good non strong products and cleaned as he went around

She was good, but I think she was preoccupied with something on her mind because she had much less to do today than usual and still went well over the two hours allotted. Not a big deal really, but worth noting.

We really enjoy having Christopher as our cleaner! He is always on time, extremely polite, and wonderful with our children. My toddler especially enjoys having him around. Christopher is helpful, goes above and beyond whenever he can, and is very reliable. We truly appreciate his hard work and the positive energy he brings into our home. We highly recommend him!

There was a stream of water from the counter to under the desk from mopping and there was debris excess throughout the apt from mopping and wasn't swept up so 4 stars is being generous

I was surprised and happy that she washed a sink full of dishes and took the trash out. Communication, however, was difficult because she spoke only Spanish and I speak only English.

I very picky on my bathrooms and every person I’ve had never like to scrub or use water for some reason. they always dry cleaned my bathrooms, which is aggravating to me. However, Shountrale scrubbed with a scrubber and use my favorite product, which is bleach! I have found someone who understands the requirements for a clean bathroom.

Shnita was amazing!! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to make my apartment look like I have my life significantly more together than I actually do. She took care of everything I needed, was thorough, and was genuinely such a pleasure to have around. 10/10, my apartment is clean and I made a friend. Would absolutely book her again.
