Ms. Sam is very detailed oriented. She helps me monthly to keep my place sanitized, clean and most of organized. I just had baby 4 months ago and needed the extra hand of keeping my 2 bedroom apartment clean. I always look forward to coming home from work after a scheduled cleaning with Ms. Sam. Thank you!!

Madian is very good but today was rushing more than usual she did okay though was only cleaning for 3 hours I mentioned this too her and she said she will clean for the full 4 hrs from now on. I like her a lot she now knows my home and she knows what I want done. Skipping the tip this time since she was at my house for only 3 hrs

Rose was fantastic. She was very communicative leading up to the appointment. Did a walk-through ahead of time and ask questions to really understand my needs and even though there were several little things, I said she didn’t need to worry about she took the time to do them anyways. Adding in small thoughtful touches along the way I would absolutely request Rose again.

Wish I could rate her higher than 5 stars! Bathroom hasn’t looked this clean since I moved in. Everything about the service was perfect.

Yaima did a good job. She paid attention to detail. She cleaned in areas that have not been touched in a long time. The only negative was the language barrier. She does not speak English & I don't speak Spanish. She used a translator app.

Marissa went way above and beyond this time because there were some especially nasty messes that she knew ahead of time were there, but stick cleaned them!

Susan was very thorough using the products I wanted. Nice person. I will give her high marks on cleaning up after the mess my cats made

She didn't finish 1/3 of the house and I paid extra for inside the oven and it wasn't touched either. I paid for 5 hours in 2 bedroom apartment and she missed a whole bedroom and bathroom.

Used Google translator to convert to spanish. She did a fantastic job. 2x over the floors which was necessary after a mess left behind by contractors. Good attention to bathrooms, showers. Would hire again.

Missy is dependable and reliable. She came on time and identified some other cleaning areas that we did not mention. Her attention to detail is most appreciated and also provided some feedback. I also wanted to mention that we were not able to be home and totally felt comfortable with that process becuase she communicates extremely well.!
