This appointment was scheduled for March 19 but was rescheduled because alternate cleaner couldn't find community gate for non-residents. Yelitta came early and did a good cleaning job. The Homeaglow system has resulted in a lot of missed appointments and unnecessary waiting from the beginning for us but when someone actually shows up they do a good job.

I addition to being a great cleaner, Sarah has a great sense of humor. Sarah is the best cleaner I have seen here in Englewood, FL.

I have rods and screws in my back and doing baseboards and slider tracks along with washing down cabinets is impossible for me. General cleaning I can do. I am basically looking for someone that can do these things.

Hello John, it would've been a good idea to let me know right after you finished that there were areas you weren't able to get to because of time then I wouldn't of thought you simply missed it. I apologize fir jumping to immediate conclusions. Would you be open to coming back to finish the areas you weren't able to get to? How much time would you need?

She did a good job cleaning. I was unaware that there would be 2 people coming to clean as I only expected one person. Also, they were not even here for an hour and a half and I was charged for 3 hours. I am not happy about that.

Cherell......very great service...does not need direction as she is a 'go to ' type cleaner...sees, does and verifies and completes each task before moving on. She has a very detailed eye for cleaning. We appreciated her assistance in helping us clean up and organize our 'moving in' mess
