This was my first cleaning and Shanard did a great job with my bathroom! She was very kind and friendly.

She was amazing and sooo sweet to my kids and animals- took amazing care of my house & was very considerate of my circumstances

I wish I could give her more stars! Monica was pleasant and polite and worked tirelessly throughout the time she was here. You could see how clean my home was as soon as I walked throughout the house. You can tell the kitchen is her favorite room to clean. lol. Great job!

Cellisa is the best housekeeper I had for years. Very professional, pays an attention to the details, very punctual. Too bad I had Melliss to substitute my regular cleaning lady, who had a surgery a few days ago, but I would definitely recommend Cellusa to other families in need.

Kristina was excellent. She was pleasant, efficient, and my place looks great. She was also very sweet to my 2 dogs which is something I appreciate since they are rescue dogs and require some special care and affection. I will be asking for Kristina to return for my future appointments.

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Fantastic communication, punctual and did an amazing and thorough job. She read my notes and followed instructions well. She even went above and beyond in some areas. Will request her again.

She was awesome but I am canceling membership because I feel I was tricked into the fine print I never wanted a membership there’s no contact or customer service support it is clearly a Facebook scam like I thought and if this company charges me anything I am not aware of I will process fraud with my bank because you don’t do that to people. She was great at what she did, however, we have a lot left undone. I was hoping to get more cleaning done today. I have a big house and we just moved, so I knew it would be a big job, that’s why I requested 7 hours.

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
