I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past.
