Chris, arrived and was not at all intimidated my mess. I am pregnant and recently had surgery so I haven’t been able to do much and he got straight to work and made the clutter/ mess disappear. My apartment smelled so good when he left 10/10 would recommend!

she was polite and quiet. did not expect her to be so darn good . I am truly amazed by how much she was able to do in only 3 hours. she cleaned the entire place, 3 bedrooms 1 bath , kitchen , pantry, and living room. I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.

Cartherine was very thorough and professional. She covered a lot of ground and had warm pleasantries about her.

She did her best for the 3 hours she was in. But the management misleaded with changing the price range for the cleaner without my consent. Later i found the price i was charged is 4 times more than what i was initially found

Decent job. The floors and bathrooms are nice and clean and I tremendously appreciate the clean refrigerator. I would have liked a little bit more tidying to be done in the kids rooms, and there was some garbage left behind. That being said, the house is cleaner than it was, she was only one person with a big job and I am overall happy.
