Nelly an excellent job with cleaning!! I am very impressed. She was also very pleasant to work with and was mindful of my cat who can be skittish around people. It was lovely to come home to a clean and neat home that also smelled amazing!! I highly recommend Nelly and would hire her again in a heart beat!

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.

Cartherine was very thorough and professional. She covered a lot of ground and had warm pleasantries about her.

She had great questions to make sure we were completely happy. Very open, understanding and friendly. Looking forward to having her come back!

She did her best for the 3 hours she was in. But the management misleaded with changing the price range for the cleaner without my consent. Later i found the price i was charged is 4 times more than what i was initially found

Jennifer did a great job. No-one can even clean your home as well as yourself but when someone takes their time and do their best one should be celebrated. It took a weeks for someone to accept my appts and Jennifer did and she didn’t disappoint.

Ines did an amazing job cleaning and refreshing my house. She checked with me before she started cleaning to make sure to take care of any specific areas. My bathroom and kitchen were spotless.

Decent job. The floors and bathrooms are nice and clean and I tremendously appreciate the clean refrigerator. I would have liked a little bit more tidying to be done in the kids rooms, and there was some garbage left behind. That being said, the house is cleaner than it was, she was only one person with a big job and I am overall happy.

This was my first cleaning and she was very polite, kind and accommodating. I would like her to help me again in the future.
