She was very tidy. When she came in she asked what exactly I had needed to be cleaned and I showed her and she took her time. I appreciate you Diana thank you again. She was very kind.

Excellent. Thorough. Lorenna cares about her work and is conscientious. She even felt badly when I showed her how the previous cleaner ruined my expensive stove by using damaging cleaners rather than stainless steel cleaner. I never heard from Homeaglow about it either. Lorenna is wonderful
