Otherwise My house looks the same as before she came but do know they vacuumed around things and missed areas vacuum did not go. Used the same mop pad to clean the bathroom and other areas until I suggested she change the pad while in the living room.

Rita is very nice and friendly and sweet. We had her for 2 1/2 hours… But her ride did not pick her up for another two hours. So that was uncomfortable as we were ready to eat dinner and her ride wasn’t there yet and we had to keep spending time and chitchatting with her which wasn’t a problem except I wish a ride would come at the correct time and not make us all wait two hours for her

Hello, i believe there was a miss understanding. Rita never showed up and did not contact me until her window of arrival was closed. Please refers to the messages sent back and forth. I was also charged for the 3 hours when she never cleaned. I would live to work wth her next time but i also want my money back for the services that were not done.

For future cleaning, you can't use water on hard wood floors. If she's going to use water it needs to be barely wet, puddles can't be left behind. Otherwise, she was great.

Sorry to let Selinda go because she will have delivery soon and vacuuming and changing bed was very difficult for her I feel Miserable to see her suffering and working hard in pregnancy that’s why I let her to go sooner . I don’t know how Homeaglow send her for work at this sensitive situation
