Akmaral was great! She was efficient and timely. I booked a 3-hours appointment, so not enough time to clean my home. However the areas Akmaral cleaned were GREAT! I would book her again for at least 5-hours.

He was attentive, cooperative, he did everything I asked him to do and was listening to my instructions. In a future he needs to pay more attention to detail and needs to bring shoes for working inside the apartment.

Johnisha was on time, actually 10 mins early. We went over list as this was my first time using homeaglow. Everything was great.

Nadine was punctual and friendly. She did a great job on the bathroom. But just an okay job with my kitchen and living room. There was less attention paid to detail in my common areas. And she completely failed to clean my large island.

Brittney is very nice and listens carefully! Highly recommend! Next time I would just ask Brittney to vacuum under the carpets too and maybe try to avoid watermarks on black furniture ( I know it’s not easy) , other than that I’m happy!

Kevin didn’t wash a dirty pan on the stove and my dirty coffee cup and spoon was on the sink and he put it on the dish rack but didn’t wash it. He also didn’t put a new trash bag in the trash can.

Neisha did a good job, and she is a lovely person. However, there were a few places she missed, including cleaning under and behind furniture. She was finished before the end of the three hours, so i was surprised to find some missed surfaces...but that being said, i would gladly have her back but with being more explicit with my instructions. overall, a good job!
