Nichole thoroughly cleaned my two bathrooms, but left my master bathroom floor and countertops very wet. she also got standing water on my master bedroom wood flooring. Shower glass was streaky after use, despite the fact that there was a squeegee and appeared to have used my body scrubber to clean with.

Cleaning was great. I was mislead about the monthly subscription fee and actual cleaning cost so I am canceling the service.

Good service and personality; bringing a 2nd cleaner helped . More attention to the window blinds and baseboard next time.

Alyssa only worked 1 hour 15 minutes from 4:45 to 6:00 She was the 2nd cleaner. The 1st cleaner Michelle was supposed to report at 10am. She arrived at 2:23pm and worked until 3:08pm only 45 minutes

Caiya was very nice, she let me know she was going to be a tad late. She brought another employee with her to help clean which was nice. The only feedback was our floors were pretty dirty. I don’t think the water was changed and it left our white socks pretty black. I had to mop again but everything else was good.
