I did request her for an extra hour, but she only was there two hours and 50 minutes. Not four hours, but I was charged for four hours.

I like Dora. She came with a smile and good attitude. She didn’t speak much and went straight to work. I like that she has a systemic way of cleaning. She does the hard ones first (bathrooms) then the easier ones. I needed to remind her a couple of times about the two things I needed done and she got them done.

Did a good job. However, some little things were missed- like the microwave, the air fryer, and the coffee grounds in the coffee pot were not cleaned, as I asked to focused on the kitchen above all. Overall satisfied with the service as a whole.
