Basilia was about 30 minutes late which is usually not concerning however this particular night we needed to prepare our dinner and eat a few minutes later than we had planned because of the 30 min. time difference. She keeps to herself and made our bathroom sparkle more than when we moved into this apartment. She got along great with our cat Zelda and we would love to have her back.

The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.

Yeimy was excellent! She was on time and got right to work. She focused on the areas I asked and finished so fast that she cleaned the whole house. Very friendly and efficient.

The service was great! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because she brings a helper and charges for their time as well. So I got 2 hours of service, but was charged for 4 hours.

Charial was fantastic! Even when she ran into traffic getting here, she made sure she communicated that to me well in advance and kept me updated on the timing of her arrival. My place looked amazing when she was finished, I can't thank her enough!

Cora's services were amazing, our house has never been cleaner! She was incredibly professional and showed up right on time, not to mention how kind and accommodating she was with our dog. I cannot recommend Cora enough to those who want their home sparkling like new!

She is always pleasant and cooperative. The only comment is she forgot to sweep the floor and shake out dust from area rugs. Did great work in cleaning pictures and kniknaks.

Katherine is a hard worker. The only complaint we had was the cleaning supplies she used was very strong and we had to open all the windows and doors to air out.

Daniel is friendly and on time. He did a good job on my house especially sense he had to work around a massive amount of xmas decorations! I did not think it was appropriate to empty the bathroom garbage cans into the kitchen garbage can. It also doesnt appear as he cleaned the dining room glass tabletop. He did a super job on the kitchen and hardwood floors.

We've had 4 dazzlers, and by far she has blown them all away. The best, most thorough, kind, and trustworthy kind of human you would like in your home. My teenager met her for maybe 2 minutes and said, "Wow. She's so cool!". High marks from kids means everything. The place looks great and we look forward to having her back again in 2 weeks!
