This is the second time she has cleaned our unit. She does a great job wiping things down. The only negative thing is she tends to throw out things without asking, but I like the consistency of the same cleaner. She only speaks Spanish we tip in cash

She didn’t read the notes to see where my key was. She kept messaging me while I was working asking me to let her in. I noticed some shelves weren’t dusted and the kitchen floor showed a little dirty still. Overall it was good.

We had the house cleaned after I was away for a month with my husband living alone(he's an okayish person in maintaining the place), and the place turned out sparkly clean after Dantie's job. Gloria was punctual and pretty good with communication. although she doesn’t speak English, she was smart enough to use tools like Google Translate to communicate with us efficiently. She planned her 3 hours well and completed the cleaning tasks on time, and she did an excellent job! Highly recommend!
