My kitchen and living room were a mess! Yhovanny made the space look spotless as she left! The sink was completely cleaned out and all the dishes were washed and put away, which made such a huge difference. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how efficiently everything was handled. Would definitely recommend and book again!

the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

VERY fast. 2b/2ba ~1500 sq ft loft space she completed in 3 hrs. However the quality definitely showed as a quick job, not much attention to detail.

I appreciate that my kitchen and bathroom was cleaned in two hours. but I am disappointed that I needed to remop the floors, vacuum the living room and dining room rugs, and clean the living room. I understand maybe two hours want enough time. I just would have preferred the rooms to be vacuumed. and the floors to look more clean.

Darrian was friendly and overall did a good job. She was a bit late and wrapped early, which would have been okay except our primary bathroom was a bit sloppy. The shower and tub did not appear to have been cleaned at all. She also used all of our paper towels without asking and did not replace them.

Aisa was fast and thourough, she did some extras that were a pleasant suprise: microwave and cleaning the kitchen garbage can.

Overall, Neibis provided a solid clean. I would have preferred her to stay the full 3 hours to give the space a more thorough clean. There were some areas that could have used a bit more cleaning and attention to detail.

The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.
