Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.

Cleaning was fine, but I asked for no scented cleaning products and there were definitely scented products used.

Both Crystal & her husband Herson were very good team work. My only issue is communication. Glad that I can understand and talk a little bit of Spanish plus they have an apps that tranlate our commication, it just kill the hours of work. Alicia came with another person, politely asked if it was ok that the two of them complete a 4 hour cleaning in 2 hours. That’s actually much preferable to me so I was happy with that. They did a great job cleaning and the house also smells really nice. I’d definitely book her again.

She was the absolute best cleaner I have had in 8-10 years. Absolutely perfect - did deep cleans when they were necessary, perfectly cleaned the kitchen and two bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped the rest of the house. I did laundry, and folded and organized while she did all of that. She’s so sweet and worked well with my French Bulldog. Would 100% recommend!!!
