Enjoyed Tia, she was very respectful and kind. I have a couple of suggestions, items moved should be put back in place and the shower doors were not cleaned properly, I must say there is a skill to cleaning them.

Being the first visit, I asked he start with the bathrooms. He did a very good job in both. We have well water and it's not kind to tubs and showers. He was attentive to the little details. As we catch up, on cleaning, I'm sure the whole house will shine. I was surprised to hear that he had to drive so far.

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.
