Most things were done well, but some basic things were completely overlooked despite them being here for 4 hours.

I’m so happy with Saundra’s cleaning service, they always arrive on time, get things done quickly and efficiently, leaving my house spotless and shining!

The only upgrade requested would be Rahmon messaged me to ask if she could keep working until the job was finished instead of leaving a few things not done right at three hours

I could not be happier with Arlene Gloria and her work on my house. She’s a gem of a cleaner and a really sweet person, and I will continue to work with her as long as she is available to me.

Need to be a bit faster and more efficient. Also when you book her, note that you need to provide vacuum cleaner and mop. With experience I know she will get faster. Overall good. Also show her how to load the dishwasher. Quite a few things were not done: carpet, floor.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

I don’t recognize the person in the photo but the woman and her helper, Sebastian, did a good cleaning. Sebastian was very thorough in the kitchen especially with the microwave and oven. But one thing they missed was the shower glass door and wall. I will request them again.

Jana (with Oscar) did a very complete job of cleaning my house, getting in all the corners and hard to reach places. They were friendly and efficient. Note that they don’t speak English (and my Spanish is terrible) but we communicated just fine with Google Translate (and it was clear that they were used to this and comfortable). No hesitation to recommend them to others.

The first half of the cleaning was very detailed, including windows, shiny and spotless. Then I had an appointment and left the house, when I came back, the cleaner already left, it seems one bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

Kathleen was very nice and did I a good job with the areas she cleaned. However, when She was ready to leave in 4 hours for a 5 hour appointment, I did the walk through and found out that she didn’t really dust much and left out areas in bath stalls. She did clean those after I pointed them out.
