Personally, I was hoping for a more detailed, deep-cleaning level of service, as the cleaning felt more surface-level than I expected.

Yes, she worked hard and did a great job. Unfortunately, we never learned Spanish and it was a little hard to communicate with her. I think we would prefer going forward to have somebody that speaks English but we really appreciated her work.

A very conscientious worker. Knows what needs to be done and does it. I explained what areas I wanted her to concentrate on and cleaning was done in these areas in the allotted time. I especially liked that she put things away (boxed/canned food items and dishes from dishwasher) in cupboards and cabinets exactly where they go with little to no direction. I would definitely hire again.

Shannely was fine and did a good job for time spent. I think it was difficult for her to come this far on non connecting public transportation. A cleaner with own transportation would be better and directions to get here with proper zip code would be better for all in the future my zip is 92154

Whitney is very nice. Our house needed a serious deep cleaning. We set up the priorities. She completed all of priorities. She worked continuously for 6 hours.
