Jana asked to come a a day earlier and we agreed on a time. they were 20 mins late and rang the bell although I noted in my account to not ring the bell or knock. also, someone came looking for her as she was cleaning- I did feel that was unprofessional and concerning

VERY detailed oriented. I was not disappointed with my appointment. I booked for 6 hours and asked that 2 bathrooms and my bedroom be deep cleaned. she did that AMAZINGLY and was able to sweep/mop my kitchen and living room. She was a blast to talk to and I will definitely be booking with her again!!

Maria is so nice and funny and such a pleasure to have in our home. She did absolutely amazing and was able to do so much more than we asked for in the time we had. Our two pups even warmed up to her quickly. Will definitely have her back again!

Absolutely fabulous. On time, cleaned non-stop for 4 full hours. We discussed my priorities and Karen completed each task. Windows, blinds and floors were all cleaned very well, as well as my downstairs bathroom and guest bedroom. Very pleased with the cleaning and it smells fresh and clean. 😊

When he came thru the door some explanations were made about products used. he agreed to these and the time he spent here was very productive. Because the time was extremely limited, i have asked that he return as often as possible to give my home a thorough going over which hasn’t been done in over two years.

she went above and beyond!! my only gripe is she didn’t do the master bathroom, unfortunately. otherwise, amazing job.

She was very comprehensive but her steamer was a bit much on the wood floors, leaving too much water, which is not good for the floor.

She was on time. She was professional and ensured I approved of her work before leaving. I will book her again.

I had a fairly time consuming task that needed to be done. I told Lasandra it could be done at a later cleaning but she managed to take care of it the same day, along with regular cleaning. she’s fast, eager, & has lots of energy. I highly recommend her.

Overall she was quick and did a great job with the bathtub and stove. However, she kept changing her expected arrival time so we had to keep waiting (original time was 9 but didn’t come until 12:30). she also didn’t use the right cleaner for the mirrors so they foggy. Did an ok job on floors and surfaces.

By far the most thorough cleaning we have had!!! Deep cleaned stubborn areas, scrubbed walls and banisters, and even got behind the couch. 10/10 recommend!
