Nelson was booked at 10am via the platform but confirmed a 9am start time via texts. He arrived at 11am. Not off to a good start. I explained what needed to be cleaned, and what needed to be prioritized. He did such a fantastic job with everything that I am leaving a good review anyway. My kitchen and bathroom are literally sparkling. I would use Nelson again.

I was glad to see her, pleased to get some continuity. I would prefer to keep working with the same person. However, I would like to change the hours to two (2) hours in lieu 2.5

Yubia's limited English and my very limited Spanish made it difficult to communicate. I found that Yubia was able to finish all requested tasks in far less than the allotted 3 hours. She did a great job and I ran out of things that needed her attention.
