Yessica did a good job. I booked her for a deep clean of one bedroom. She was on time and friendly. It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

Like a brand new house. Cleaning nonstop with a smile. She put in her own touch and made some slight adjustments to the room layout which made it look so great! Altho she only speaks Spanish, she got all our requests done. Highly recommend her!

I was concerned at first BC I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English, BUT we used her translate app and it was perfect! She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.

Both Crystal & her husband Herson were very good team work. My only issue is communication. Glad that I can understand and talk a little bit of Spanish plus they have an apps that tranlate our commication, it just kill the hours of work.
