Savannah did an excellent job with the cleaning today. She was polite and helpful, and went above and beyond with her cleaning. We had maintenance people and luggage in the house but she managed to work around it and finish off the cleaning in 3 hours. Perfect Service, highly recommend to anyone will definitely rebook in the future.

Saundra is an excellent and efficient cleaner. She conducted herself with a great level of professionalism and care.

Went above and beyond what needed to be done. She accomplished a lot for the amount of time she was cleaning.

Chawntell did a great job, as usual! my kitchen looked so beautiful after she left that I took pictures of it for posterity’s sake!

We’ve been working with Troy for several months now and I can confidently say he is the most excellent cleaner we’ve had at this house. He’s always on time, picked up on our needs very quickly, and does a consistently fantastic job.

Guatavo cleaned all my windows very well and even went overtime to finish up cleaning bathroom. Everything is shining

I appreciate that Sandra asked during arrival what area needs to be focused on. This way, I was able to give instructions and clarify expectations before she started cleaning. She worked efficiently and independently.

Ivan was very personable and easy to talk to. He got to work right away. I left and came back when he was finished. He did a great job and I noticed some special touches. Which I appreciated !

Beautiful job! with three adults, a ten year old, and an infant living in our apartment, things get very cluttered very fast. Crystal worked through the chaos and helped the home to shine!

I had a great experience! Ana did an amazing job cleaning my home and was thorough, efficient, and attentive to detail. Elba was very good and friendly. she ran out of time and missed 2 rooms and some small details, so need attention to time and complete all rooms. Yet, overall she did very good work.

Christian was thrown and given time; he did a lot of work in the bathroom and the kitchen. I will pass inspection with flying colors.

it was 2 hours not three and should never be three ever, I updated your app as well and she did great please refund me for an hour

Yessica is great!! She did a wonderful job cleaning my house. Counter tops were shiny and spotless. The floors were super clean. She dusted and tidied up the bedrooms. I am so happy with her professional cleaning skills.

Andrea arrived punctually, worked carefully but efficiently, and I continue to be pleased with her communication and friendliness.

Crystal has always done an amazing job of making sure my house is as clean as possible, and goes above and beyond for my requests. Definitely recommend her.

My cleaner was not Jacquelyn, it was Laura, and Laura did an outstanding job. I’m sure Jacquelyn is fine but my request for my next cleaning is Laura (Rich I think). If Laura can’t come on the next appointment Jacquelyn is fine. My review is for Laura.

shes locked and loaded with supplies to ensure a good clean! although would recommend her to load up on CLR Limescale solution to remove the hard water stains in the shower, but even without it she still hustled really hard to get rid of the stains as best as possible so much appreciated there thank you for working so hard

Wow, Jenny worked with my mother today, cleaning her home and she impressed her deeply. Now my mother only wants Jenny to help her clean her apartment. Great Job!

Although there were problems in communication because I don't speak Spanish, she did a very good job in cleaning the house and was very kind!

efficient ! only one comment, she tended to use the same dust cloth to clean various surfaces (walls, then dining tables, and sinks) this habit could use improvement. otherwise she is thorough and I would use her again.

Anabelly did excellent job, she thoroughly cleaned everything, she was punctual. I highly recommend.

Ana was amazing! Our humble home looks amazing. Ana provided great communication before the scheduled cleaning and showed up on time. Will definitely use her again.

It's been a long time since my house had been really cleaned, and she did a fantastic job getting through some pretty tough stuff. We were able to get through a slight language barrier by using Google Translate, which was awesome.

I’m getting married in 3.5 weeks, my in laws come in 1.5 weeks, I just got back from an emergency foreign trip, I work full time… Needless to say, I can’t handle it all. This is the second time she has cleaned our unit. She does a great job wiping things down. The only negative thing is she tends to throw out things without asking, but I like the consistency of the same cleaner. She only speaks Spanish we tip in cash

Hard working, professional, detailed, efficient. Final placement of items, aesthetics in bed-making could be improved but otherwise, excellent.

She did very well. though i do not want her just yet for the next cleaning. i dont mind having her later. Her work was meticulous and even better than others in some ways because i had house guests this time. She even helped me with the fitted sheet which i could not have done alone. Very good. in

She didn’t read the notes to see where my key was. She kept messaging me while I was working asking me to let her in. I noticed some shelves weren’t dusted and the kitchen floor showed a little dirty still. Overall it was good.

Giselle sent someone else, her name Maria Perez was really good. I would like to book her for next time

Dantie did a very detailed job, including all the annoying corner spots. We had the house cleaned after I was away for a month with my husband living alone(he's an okayish person in maintaining the place), and the place turned out sparkly clean after Dantie's job. It was completed in a timely manner

Good job. 3 person crew and efficient. Tipped the crew separately for they are the ones who should receive the tip. I will like that same team again if possible: they are of varying experience and skill set. Do their "assigned" job well.

Erica did a fine job and left the baths and kitchen sparkling clean. Communication was limited but she knew the ask and finished all the requests on time.

She did not do as much as she did the first time. She still did a good overall job, but not as good as the first time.

The cleaning by Christian and colleague was really good, they left the place neat and clean but the price quoted and service took longer than 4 hrs/2 people (communicated during cleaning) for a 2 bed 2 bath house and we incurred extra cost. Hoping to get quicker service on the next cleaning.
