Came fully prepared with all required equipment, including what was needed to safely reach high shelves and replace curtains on large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Followed instructions precisely and delivered exactly what was requested.

Mary was thorough and made sure everything was top notch. She worked extra hard, not one single break and paid attention to small details! I’d prefer Mrs. Grace everytime I have my cleanings. I also have a fairly large black mark on my white couch middle front now. That’s pretty large. I’m not sure if it was from the big orang e vacuum hitting it on the side because now it’s dirty.
