She does the hard ones first (bathrooms) then the easier ones. I needed to remind her a couple of times about the two things I needed done and she got them done.

Did a good job. However, some little things were missed- like the microwave, the air fryer, and the coffee grounds in the coffee pot were not cleaned, as I asked to focused on the kitchen above all. Overall satisfied with the service as a whole.

Sophia cleaned for one hour, instead of two hours then she left. I asked her if I was billed for one hour, she said yes, but I was billed two hours. Overall, her cleaning is OK. I gave her tip in cash.
