Carmen's session was good for a regular cleaning. I wish there was an option to let her know when and if we need a deep cleaning session. It struck me as odd that she did not sweep before mopping on some floor surfaces.

Maria was absolutely amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was fast, thorough, and paid attention to all the little details. She wiped down my walls, cleaned the baseboards, and left my floors sparkling clean. Pleasant energy, gets right to it while exercising care. No complaints from me nor my husband. Lots of floor mopping is part of the job/so much ceramic tile to attend to and we appreciate her cleaning all those floors!

I don’t mind he was a half hour late but didn’t make up for the time at the end. So I only got 31/2 hours instead of 4. Also the area rug under the dining room table was not vacuumed. Overall was pleased.

She was friendly, moved quickly and I could tell she knows how to clean thoroughly. I do wish she would’ve been on time and left at the original time rather than leaving early. There were some minor spots missed but nothing I would be upset about.

Overall a good job. Streaks in bathroom, floors sticky from some solution I presume she brought. Didn’t get all the floors as you’d expect. Missed taking trash out. Def room for improvement I’ll try again hopefully be impressed. We keep our house pretty clean so it’s a really easy so unclear why these things were overlooked.
