Wow everything went so well! She showed up in time. She got my house cleaned super quick and efficient. I can see she is very experienced and knows what she us doing. It was a great clean overall, but the floors weren’t quite rinsed and were sticky. Also- could you please use that lovely cleaner you used last time that smelled like apples? I love that one. This cleaner today was a bit strong and unpleasant.

Yuri came in Nelson’s place. She did a thorough job, but did not plan out her time properly, so only managed to clean half the house! I would have preferred that she ask me what she should prioritize if she knew she couldn’t get it all done.
