Hello. My name is Jeremy. I do just about everything except for carpet cleaning unless you have a machine for me to use. If Im late for any reason I will even out the time. For example if you order a 3 hour cleaning from 10am-1pm and I get there at 10:05 am I will clean until 1:05pm. My aim is always to get there about 10-15 minutes before our appointment as it usually takes me 5-10 minutes to unload my supplies from my car. And I usually add a 10 minute courtesy at the end no charge in case there is anything else you need me to do. I only have one request and that is if it’s hot outside (90 degrees +) or you see me sweating if you could please turn the air conditioner on. That would be greatly appreciated. Now here are some realistic expectations I want to set you up with. A bathroom takes an hour to clean, a large master bathroom takes 2 hours to clean, a kitchen takes 2 hours to clean, a refrigerator takes 2 hours minimum and that doesn’t include the freezer part, vacuuming and cleaning/mopping the floor of a large house takes about an hour. These are the times I have found it takes to do these task as long as you have cleaned regularly. If you haven’t done any of this regularly and the area has been neglected and you want me to help you catch up what hasn’t been cleaned in a month or two or more it’s gonna take me longer than the times mentioned. I have spent 6 hours cleaning a kitchen that was severely neglected. I have spent 4 hours in a bathroom that was severely neglected. Please respect that everything takes time. If you don’t give me room to work in it’s gonna take time because I have to make room somehow. Other than that I am down to earth and easy to get along with. I always make sure there is clear communication so I know what your needs are. I promise you I will do my best to get every streak, every stain or whatever task you give me.
