I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.

Lena from Alicia’s team was great. Very efficient for the time she used! It was our first time together, as my prior cleaner is transitioning to new work and I’m trying to find someone new. I had been working with my prior cleaner for 8 years, and I realized a few more things to ask for next time, but Lena did everything I asked for and did it well.

Came with a help, and they both were like speed the racer with minor misses. But, overall, I am pleased with their demeanour and they both were communicating with each other telling each other what's been done and what's left to be done. That was awesome! Wendy was great and cleaned well. Unfortunately she was a little slow and didn't get the whole house done which meant I had to do it. It kind of defeats the purpose of hiring someone. I paid extra for baseboards and unfortunately they didn't all get done. She was a lovely and sweet lady, she should get some assistance and I think she would be fine
