Fortune did a wonderful job tidying up after my partner and I moved. She went above and beyond to tidy up our massive pile of boxes and cardboard while also managing to do a detailed and thorough cleaning of the entire apartment. She was also communicative and prompt. Highly recommended.

Did a good job, did forget to clean the microwave and the glass on the closet doors in my daughter’s room but the bathrooms look really good and the other areas she cleaned.

Juana was great! I definitely think she has areas to improve in, the smaller details of things could’ve been paid more attention to like the pillows on couch were still sloughed and the pillows I had were in one side but the house is clean and she was kind :)

Nelson was booked at 10am via the platform but confirmed a 9am start time via texts. He arrived at 11am. Not off to a good start. I explained what needed to be cleaned, and what needed to be prioritized. He did such a fantastic job with everything that I am leaving a good review anyway. My kitchen and bathroom are literally sparkling. I would use Nelson again.

She did very well, friendly. Only 1 suggestion—-look for older floor spots that need special extra swipes. Also, I tipped her personally.

She did a great job and cleaned the entire apartment, dusted, vacuumed and washed floors. She cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and did the stove and wiped shelves without being asked.

Francy doesn't speak English well, so there were some confusion. However, she did such an excellent job cleaning ~ lots of attention to details. We wanted her to focus mostly on the bathrooms, and it was sparkling and smelled wonderful! The rest of the place was extra.

Oh my gosh, Rachael did the best job cleaning my apartment than anyone else I’ve ever hired. She went above and beyond and unpacked our Costco order and organized the waters and protein shakes. I’m truly grateful for the job she did. I’ve had a herniated disc in my neck and I haven’t been able to clean my apartment myself in over a year, so it means a lot to me.

She was good, cleaned the house nicely. I do prefer house being vaccumed over broom, but that is a personal preference.

Ana substituted someone else because I was reluctant to change the time. She proposed someone she said was going to be Carmen Lorena, who turned out to be the Lorena I had last time. I was glad to see her, pleased to get some continuity. I would prefer to keep working with the same person. However, I would like to change the hours to two (2) hours in lieu 2.5

Yubia's limited English and my very limited Spanish made it difficult to communicate. I found that Yubia was able to finish all requested tasks in far less than the allotted 3 hours. She did a great job and I ran out of things that needed her attention.
