Shanice did a great job, she got everything done I hoped she would in the 4 hours i booked. Everything was tidy and in its place. We had a little mix up on arrival time, so next time I’ll make its very clear over text that the appointment is confirmed at the specified time and plan to be a little flexible on start and stop time.

Andrea was great! she came in and spent perhaps 3 minutes. assessing, told me she had a game plan, that I was free to do me, and she'd work around me. She was thorough, practical and smart about how she spent her energy, pleasant to have in the house, and did a nice job!

She did an excellent job. communicative, hard working, and thorough. booked her for 4 hours, she did dirty dishes(some moldy-post hospital stay), bathroom, and living room. we didn’t not organize bedroom/office clean up. she was excellent and efficient. she took action when we pointed towards some dusty glass shelves. Bailey works hard, and she is very thorough. we are very happy with her work.

She is a very hardworking and kind lady. There was a slight language barrier since she does not speak English, but overall communication was manageable. The floor mopping could have been done more thoroughly, as the floors felt a bit sticky afterward and there were noticeable water marks, possibly due to the mop or cleaning rag not being fully clean.
