Sarahy did a good job of whatever she cleaned. She was courteous and professional. I would have preferred her to use all the 6 hours to finish cleaning the house, but she had to leave. She did a good job and I'm satisfied, but as I said, some cleaning was not able to be completed.

I really appreciated Leah coming and cleaning. My apartment is so much cleaner. She also quickly picked up the appointment after it was cancelled at the last second, so I appreciate it even more!

Overall very pleased with her work , kindness and detail. Extra time is needed before an appointment to show the home .. communicate English words , demonstrate Norwex cleaning . The housecleaner did not do the baseboards as promised , left some Cobwebs and forgot to vacuum clean the laundry room floor . She left a little under 6 hrs and at least 45 min went to communication .

Alma and her crew were very fast and thorough with their work. The apartment was looking like brand new and I was able to get back my security deposit from the apartment building. I’d be booking Alma again.

I was a little bit concerned about the product she used on the floor (a bit slippery) so I let her know and we came up with an alternative the second time. Crystal is def 5 star. She surpassed expectations. I was unsure if I needed to hire because I feel I keep my house tidy, but boy did she make a difference. Polished floors, extra clean bathroom, dusted bookshelf’s make a huge difference! Definitely keeping this going and happy I can trust someone to work this way. She also brought all her equipment and was very good at organizing my junk closet.

She is a deep cleaner and does an amazing job! Most of my cleaners I’ve had in the past don’t actually move the furniture or really scrub the floors! She doesn’t stop until it’s perfect!!! Such amazing work!!!

Daria did a wonderful job. She's a very hard worker! Too bad she works for Homeglow; there is constant confusion on dates and times. It is impossible to communicate with Homeglow to try and straighten out appointments.

Guerda was excellent! I am having here come every two weeks. It was so nice to find someone that isn’t afraid of dogs and actually interacted with my dogs. She stayed the whole 7 hours I told her she gets a break for a snack or to relax for 15 20 minutes ( California labor laws) . She came downstairs the last 30 min and said can I do anything else?

Siuzanna does an excellent job cleaning. I want to confirm with homeaglow whether I am paying for the actual time of cleaning or a set 3 hours.

Beverly showed up right on time with all of her supplies and a big smile. She got right to work and did a great job. I have a particular brand of floor finish for my hardwood floors that I use and supply and Beverly happily does my floors with it. I had to leave and felt fully comfortable leaving Beverly alone. She finished up and locked up my home upon departing. 5 stars!
