Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

Luis was so nice, but he missed a few spots — the microwave still had food on it, there was dust around, and still some marks on the table

appliances were not cleaned, air flyer, washer and dryer and microwave. shower doors were not cleaned, still had water spots, soap dish wasn’t cleaned, mirror wasn’t cleaned. Luciana did and excellent job on getting the house cleaned. Other than the items missed she did an amazing job and I was very pleased. Perhaps I needed 4 hours to clean my house instead of 3 hours that was scheduled.

Jessi was great! She communicated well and was very thorough in deep cleaning our bathrooms. She was also efficient & had extra time to clean the kitchen!

Great cleaning! Norma may get carried away deep cleaning things and go over time, but great work. As mentioned in some other reviews, she's not the best at putting things back where she found them, but I find this to be a small hassle for the level of real cleaning work she is putting in.

she did all the 1st floor ,kitchen, dining, playroom and living room including polishing the stove top. I’m very satisfied with her work. she is very polite and diligent. loved her work.

Abigail was punctual, an excellent communicator, and handled almost everything on my list. My home looks fantastic afterward, and I especially appreciated how mindful she was of my babies.
