Their energy is extremely calming, receptive, and they did not bother me at all. i even treated them to starbucks… it was a great first impression for me to start using this service in my new place.

shoes by the door were left messy, unfortunately she couldn't clean our bedroom because the baby was asleep but still took almost 3 hours. some things were left messy when she couldnt clean our have taken her time to organize given she had more time.

Did a decent job but I expected more. The shower wasn't cleaned well, so I had to go back and clean it myself. I was really disappointed about that. That was the main issue. Most things were dusted, except for a few; I wanted them wiped down.

Cecilia arrived late and stay only for 5 of 6 hours booked. She didn’t finish cleaning the house only did 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, TV room and dinning room. The 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom were not done. What she cleaned she did ivery good, no complains there but the job was not finished.

She is quite young, doesn't speak English but understands it. However there were things lost in translation. The things she cleaned were for the most part cleaned well, but she isn't very observant. i.e. she cleaned the glass doors of the shower really well, but didn't clean the shower floor. It's tile and needed to be cleaned.

We had such a good experience, I sent a detailed message and she clearly read it asked questions when needed problem solved without my having to so yes no to every little thing. She used our supplies and left the house sparkling! So so happy we’ll definitely be booking her again!
