Great cleaning! Norma may get carried away deep cleaning things and go over time, but great work. As mentioned in some other reviews, she's not the best at putting things back where she found them, but I find this to be a small hassle for the level of real cleaning work she is putting in.

Lauren did a good job cleaning, and I would like her to clean for me again next month (April '26). Lauren arrived One hour and 45 minutes late. I hope that she will arrive at the scheduled time of 10:30 am, as I've requested on her next visit that all tasks may be completed within the alloted time.

A lot of cleaners tend to miss small areas, but everything was handled properly here. Communication was smooth, showed up on time, and took pride in the work.
